...changed version number scheme

...I'm sorry to (perhaps) the one person who's followed me, but I decided to walk back the version numbering: this is now version 0.2.1, and the last one was 0.2.0, and the one before that is 0.1.0.  That last version numbering bump was way bigger than the bugfix that I just implemented.  Some day I'll put up all of the versions on here, but for now it'll just be the latest.
